I was born and raised in Williamsburg, Virginia, where I’ve spent most of my life surrounded by great food, hard work, and the coastal lifestyle that makes this area special. About 20 years ago, I stepped into the kitchen and never really left. Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside many well-respected chefs in the Williamsburg area, learning the craft, sharpening my skills, and developing a deep respect for the art of cooking.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me out on the water. Fishing has always been one of my biggest passions. There’s something about the early mornings, the quiet, and the anticipation of the next bite that keeps me coming back. It’s my way of slowing down, clearing my head, and enjoying the outdoors.

At the end of the day, the things that matter most to me are simple—good food, time with my family, and being outside doing what I love.

GENERAL MANAGER

From the Virginia Beach Oceanfront to Williamsburg’s Edge District, hospitality has always been my passion. My journey began at 15 as a busser, followed by 10 years working alongside my mother as a waitress at Mary’s Restaurant, where I learned the true value of community and the connection a local restaurant can create. I later expanded my guest service experience through grocery retail and hotel front desks and helped open and manage Blvd Bistro in Virginia Beach from 2019 to 2022, strengthening my operational and business skills along the way.

Now living in Newport News, I’ve been with Casa Pearl for four years, spending more than three years serving before stepping into management. What I love most about Casa Pearl is the pride I feel in sharing our menu with the community. Every dish and cocktail is crafted in-house with care and purpose, using exceptional ingredients to create a truly premium experience. I strive to bring supportive, encouraging leadership to our team while creating a relaxed, welcoming environment for our guests.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and exploring Virginia’s parks, beaches, and mountains with my boyfriend James, our son Zoan, and our golden retriever, Whiskey.
